Abstract

The article presents the results of the research on the problem of city management. The city in this case is treated as a totality of conditions determining the quality of life of the population. It is suggested to create innovative tools regulating interaction of all bodies of municipal government, business and population based on the principals of marketing and taking into account city peculiarities.
